Nothing beats warm gooey cinnamon rolls hot out of the oven on a rainy cold morning! These cinnamon rolls have no yeast in the Gooey no-yeast cinnamon rollsrecipe so they are ready to eat in under an hour!

Dough:

2 cups of flour

2 tablespoons of sugar

4 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoon of salt

3/4 cup of milk

3 tablespoons of softened butter

Filling:

1 cup of dark brown sugar

6 tablespoons of melted butter

1 1/2 tablespoons of powdered cinnamon

Glaze:

1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream (milk works as well but the cream makes it nice and thick and has more flavor)

1/2 cup of powdered sugar

Start by making the filling. In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and then add the brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Cinnamon roll filling

In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the 3 tablespoons of softened butter. Add the milk and mix to form a soft dough. The dough may be sticky and if it is, add as much extra flour as you need to form it into a manageable ball of dough. cinnamon roll dough

Sprinkle flour on your work surface and roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread your filling mixture all over the dough making sure to spread it right up to the edges.
